Share contract:
Your share contract is calculated at the membership level across all your listings combined. With multiple listings, your base increases by 3 per listing and uses a blended average rate across all properties. The nights are then split proportionally across your listings. Earning additional nights (Optional Nights):
Once your share contract is fulfilled for the year, you unlock Optional Nights — you can choose to share additional nights to earn more. This is how Pro members grow their wallet beyond the initial 11-night grant.
Credits:
Your $100 in signup credits applies directly to the Hostshare service fee at checkout. Earn more credits through 5-star reviews, referrals, and adding listings. Credits never expire on a paid plan.
Upgrading to Max:
Upgrading from Pro to Max is lossless. You receive +10 granted nights and +$900 in granted credits immediately on top of your existing balance.
At renewal:
Each year you renew, your wallet receives a fresh 11-night grant (plus 3 per additional listing) and your share contract resets. Your accumulated earned nights and credits are never touched at renewal.
