Availability of Messaging
In-app messaging is available only after a booking has been confirmed. This ensures that communication is reserved for committed reservations and helps maintain a focused, respectful environment. It also prevents hosts from being overwhelmed with inquiries or requests prior to commitment, supporting Hostshare’s "instant book" model where reservations can be made quickly and easily without pre-approval.
Once a booking has been made, you can communicate with your host/guest via the messages tab on your user dashboard or under bookings if you are the host.
