Other Costs Not Associated With Cleaning:
Because Hostshare does not charge a nightly rate when a booking is made, there may be other costs associated with a particular property that may need to be covered - heating of a hot tub, maintenance of a pool, HOA fees, and local taxes. We allow hosts to make necessary adjustments to their cleaning fee (up to a certain amount) to account for these costs.

When users import their listing during onboarding, we automatically apply the cleaning fee from their most recent or upcoming Airbnb booking. If a host needs to adjust their cleaning fee to cover additional expenses, they can do so up to a certain amount, and the Hostshare support team may request verification of those costs to maintain fairness and transparency.
