Eligibility:

To participate in the Hostshare Refer a Host Program, you must be a registered user with an active listing on Hostshare. Only first-time users who register through your unique referral link, successfully list their property, and subscribe for their first year of membership are eligible as referrals.

Referral Rewards:

1. Lifetime Membership: You will be granted a Lifetime Membership after successfully referring ten (3) new hosts who meet the program criteria. This membership waives your annual subscription fee as long as you maintain an active listing and participate in the night-sharing requirements.

2. Annual Free Stays: In addition to the Lifetime Membership, you will earn 21 free stays per listed property each year. These stays are renewable annually, subject to property availability within the Hostshare network.

Requirements for Referred Hosts:

• Must be first-time users of Hostshare.

• Must sign up using your unique referral link.

• Must complete the listing process with their listing approved and published on Hostshare.

• Must pay for their first year of Hostshare membership.

Ongoing Obligations:

• Lifetime Membership and its benefits require that you maintain an active listing and actively participate in the night-sharing program.

• Failure to keep an active listing or to share nights may result in the suspension or revocation of Lifetime Membership benefits.

General Conditions:

• Hostshare reserves the right to verify all referral activities and to suspend accounts or modify referrals to ensure fairness.

• Terms and conditions of this program are subject to change, which will be updated on the Hostshare website. Your continued participation after changes implies acceptance of the new terms.

• This program is void where prohibited by law.

Disputes:

Any disputes arising from the Hostshare Refer a Host Program will be resolved through arbitration, according to the standard dispute resolution procedures outlined by Hostshare.
