That’s why we don’t charge hosts any fees on payouts—your cleaning fee is always covered by guests in full. Low Fees for Guests: In a market where service fees can often obscure the true cost of stays, Hostshare stands out by maintaining one of the lowest fee structures. Guests are only required to pay a 5% processing fee, significantly lower than the typical 15%-25% "service fee" charged by other platforms.
