The Hospitable integration: how it works
Hostshare connects directly to Hospitable as a property management system. Once it's connected, Hostshare keeps your listing's calendar and pricing in sync automatically (refreshing roughly every 4 hours) and unifies guest messaging — a full, ongoing two-way sync rather than a one-time import.
You can set up the connection in either of two places:
While adding a new listing:
From your Hostshare dashboard, select New listing.
On the Add your listing screen, choose Connect your property management system (syncs listings, calendar, pricing & bookings — about a minute).
In the list of systems, find Hospitable and select Connect.
Authorize the connection from your Hospitable account.
From your account settings, any time:
Go to Account Settings → Integrations.
Under Property Management Software, find Hospitable and select Connect.
Authorize the connection from your Hospitable account.
Either way, once it's authorized your listing shows as Connected, and calendar, pricing, and bookings sync automatically going forward — two-way and hands-off.
